MINUTES FOR THE BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION MEETING
THURSDAY, APRIL 14, 2016
Mayor Weidt called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Haas, Klein, Miron, Weidt
ABSENT: Petryk
ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, City Assessor Dan Raboin, and Community
Development Intern Rachel Leitz
Property Owner Appeals
The Board of Appeals and Equalization met to hear from property owners for the purpose of
reviewing and correcting the assessment of real estate for the year 2017.
The Board discussed appeals from property owners of three separate parcels who appeared
before them and seven maintenance changes as prepared by the City Assessor that were prepared
prior to this meeting.
Council agreed to make all changes as discussed.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Adjournment
The Council adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
