PRESENT: Klein, Miron, Petryk
ABSENT: Haas, Weidt
STAFF PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear
The Council attended Metro Cities' annual meeting on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at the
University Club, 420 Summit Avenue, St. Paul. The event began at 5:30 p.m. with a social hour,
followed by a presentation on elections by Professor David Schultz
