RESOLUTION 2016-20
A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE WILSON TOOL 50TH ANNIVERSARY
WHEREAS,on June 2"d,2016,the company Wilson Tool celebrated their 50*
Anniversary of business; and
WHEREAS;Wilson Tool's world headquarters has been located in the City of Hugo since
1978; and
WHEREAS,the company provides hundreds of jobs, employs many Hugo citizens,and
contributes significantly to the City's tax base;and
WHEREAS,the company is a generous and positive community partner; and

WHEREAS,the City appreciates and recognizes the importance of manufacturing
businesses to the local, state,and national economies,and;
WHEREAS,Governor Mark Dayton declared June 2°d,2016,as Wilson Tool
International Day in the State of Minnesota.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUGO,WASHINGTON COUNTY,MINNESOTA,that Wilson Tool is acknowledged and
congratulated for its 50 years of business and recognizes its dedication toward excellence and
future success in the City of Hugo. i
ADOPTED by the City Council this 10 day of July,2016.
