APPROVING THE APPLICATION BY A GOVERNMENTAL SUBDIVISION
FOR CONVEYANCE OF TAX-FORFEITED LAND FOR CONSERVATION
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Washington County has notified the City of a parcel located in the City that
was forfeited to the State of Minnesota for non-payment of property tax, and;
WHEREAS, the Council considered the parcel at their September 19, 2016 meeting, and;
WHEREAS, the City requests conveyance of a parcel to the City for conservation
purposes for preservation of a wetland, and;
WHEREAS, the parcel is legally described as follows:
Outlot B, Oneka Lake View
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
application by a governmental subdivision for conveyance of tax-forfeited land for
conservation purposes for preservation of a wetland.
ADOPTED by the City Council on September 19, 2016.
