CREDENTIALING AND BOARD OF CANVASS
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2016
Prior to the Board of Canvass, the Council met in the Oneka Room at 4:45 p.m. to have their
photos taken and receive their credentials. Credentialing was done by Washington County
Emergency Management.
Call to Order
Mayor Weidt called the Board of Canvass to order at 5:07 p.m.
PRESENT: Haas, Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt
ABSENT: None
ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear and City Clerk Michele Lindau
The Board of Canvass was held to allow Council to canvass the election results for the 2016
Municipal Election held on November 8, 2016. The results were as follows:
MAYOR
Tom Weidt 5,867
Write-ins 138
COUNCIL AT LARGE
Mike Miron 5,827
Write-ins 86
COUNCIL WARD 2
Phil Klein 1,890
Write-ins 20
Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to approve RESOLUTION 2016-37 CANVASSING
YEAR 2016 ELECTION RESULTS.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Adjournment
Haas made motion, Weidt seconded, to adjourn at 5:16 p.m.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
