The public is encouraged to attend this meeting to see the presentation by the engineering and architectural firm of Bonestroo, Location: Downtown Hugo, Rosene,Anderlik and Associates. Bob Russek, chief architect for the firm, explains directly east of the current City that the design will consist of three parts: Hall, across Fitzgerald Avenue • Architectural component — floor plan of the building both internally and on the site, as well as the finishes Square footage: 13,100 sq. feet • Structural design—walls, rooms, and footings (11,600 on main floor; 1,500 in • Mechanical and electrical design—plumbing, heating, and lighting basement) The design calls for the City Hall to be 13,100 total square feet, with 11,600 feet Cost: $1,030,000 for construc- on the main floor and a 1,500 square foot basement.
