Repeal. Chapter 38 of the City of Hugo City Code pertaining to Individual Sewage Treatment System Regulations is hereby repealed in its entirety. SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication according to law.
