Background
August 2013 — Council began discussions on
the Library Levy and services provided to
Hugo residents
September 2013 — Library representatives
spoke to Council about the levy and provided
details on what it means to be a part of the
library system (MELBA). They also agreed to
establish a library subcommittee.
