• In fall of 2015 the City received many complaints regarding
junk vehicles and trash/debris
• October 28, 2015 inspection noted junk vehicles and mist.

• Property owner is no longer the occupant of the property.
• Staff was informed by the occu ants that the property is
being cleaned so that it can be isted for sale.
• Completion by November 2, 2015.
• Staff re -inspected on November 2, 2015 and noted that
conditions were the same.
• The City forwarded the matter to the City Attorney and
placed this item on the agenda for the December 7, 2015
City Council meeting.

Recommendation
• Staff recommends council approve the Order
concerning 5941 Oneka Lake Blvd.
• Property to be cleared of all debris by Dec 21
• Afterwards, city will take action to abate the nuisances
• All costs will be assessed to the owner
