Conclusion/Recommendation
• Staff has reviewed the site plan and final plat for consistency with
ordinance standards and the City's commercial and industrial design
guidelines.
• Staff finds the applications are consistent with the standards subject
to the recommended conditions mentioned in the attached
resolution.
• The Planning Commission agreed that the applications met the
necessary requirements to approve the site plan and recommended
approval to the City Council.
• Staff recommends approval of the site plan for the commercial
building, subject to the conditions listed in the attached resolutions.
• Staff recommends approval of the final plat for Frenchman Place 3rd
Addition, subject to the conditions listed in the attached resolutions.
