Local results must be certified by the City
Council acting as the Board of Canvass.
State Statute requires canvassing be done
between the 3rdand 1 0t" day following the
General Election. (Nov 11-18)
November 11 is Veterans Day
Staff recommends Council schedule the
Board of Canvass for week of Nov 14

Schedule City Hall Holiday Party
Annual holiday party for Council,
Commissions, and City staff.
Hugo Legion is available on Thursday,
December 8, 2016.
Social hour at 5:30 p.m. and dinner to follow
at 6:30 p.m.
Staff recommends Council schedule the
holiday party.
