NORTH SUNSET LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2017

PRESENT: Klein, Petryk, Miron
ABSENT: Haas, Weidt
ALSO PRESENT: WSB Engineers Jim Stremel and Lydia Ener, Senior Engineer Technician

A meeting was held with the property owners in the north Sunset Lake road project area to
discuss the plans for proposed improvements. Roads included in this project area are:
Homestead Avenue, 132nd Street, Homestead Drive, and 126th Street. Staff provided information
regarding the potential project and gathered input from approximately 13 residents that had
attended.
