APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR DEAN AND ROSALIE
STEDT FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED WEST OF HOMESTEAD AVENUE AND
NORTH OF 132ND STREET
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Dean and Rosalie Stedt that requests
approval of a property line adjustment for properties located west of Homestead Avenue
and north of 132nd Street.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Dean and Rosalie Stedt.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 3rd day of April, 2016.
