APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A SHARED
DRIVEWAY FOR THE PROPERTIES GENERALY LOCATED SOUTH OF
132nd STREET NORTH AND EAST OF HOMESTEAD AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, Joe and Chelsea Carlson, 13561 Homes North, requested approval of a
conditional use permit to allow a shared driveway for the properties generally located
south of 132nd Street and East of Homestead Avenue North.
WHEREAS, the subject properties are legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly
called public hearing on March 23, 2017, and recommends approval subject to the
conditions listed in the conditional use permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
conditional use permit for a shared driveway on properties located generally located
south of 132nd Street and East of Homestead Avenue North subject to the following
conditions;
1. The easement and maintenance agreement for the shared driveway shall be
recorded at Washington County.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 3rd day of April, 2017.
