BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION MEETING
THURSDAY, APRIL 13, 2017
Mayor Weidt called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Haas, Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt
ABSENT: None
ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, City Assessor Dan Raboin, Planner Rachel
Juba, Community Development Assistant Rachel Leitz, and City Clerk Michele Lindau
Property Owner Appeals
The Board of Appeals and Equalization met to hear from property owners for the purpose of
reviewing and correcting the assessment of real estate for the year 2018.
The Board discussed appeals from property owners of five separate parcels who appeared before
them and eleven maintenance changes as prepared by the City Assessor prior to this meeting.
Council agreed to make all changes as discussed.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Adiournment
The Council adjourned at approximately 7:00 p.m.
