APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR THOMAS AND EDIE
SCHMIDT AND NANCY SAIKO FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 12280
GOODVIEW AVENUE NORTH AND 12310 GOODVIEW AVEVUE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Thomas and Edie Schmidt and Nancy Saiko
that requests approval of a property line adjustment for properties located 12280
Goodview Avenue North and 12310 Goodview Avenue North.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Thomas and Edie Schmidt and Nancy Saiko.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 15th day of May, 2017

RESULTING SCHMIDT PARCEL.
The South 23 feet of the North 330 feet of the South 1650 feet of the West 51 feet of
the East 339 feet of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 31
North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota.
And
The North 330 feet of the South 1320 feet of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter,
EXCEPT the East 234.60 feet of the North 5 feet South 1320 feet thereof.
RESULTING SAIKO PARCEL:
The East 234.60 feet of the North 5 feet of the South 1320 feet of the East Half of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, Washington
County, Minnesota.
And
The North 330 feet of the South 1650 feet of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter,
EXCEPT the West 51 feet of the East 339 feet of the South 23 feet of said North 330
feet of the South 1650 feet.
