AN ORDINANCE REPEALING HUGO CITY CODE, CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE I, IN
GENERAL, SECTION 14-1 PARKING RESTRICTIONS FOR SNOW REMOVAL AND
FOR TRAILERS AND CHAPTER 78, SECTION 78-2 PARKING RESTRICTIONS FOR
SNOW REMOVAL AND FOR TRAILERS
CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Repeal. Chapter 14, Section 14-1, of the City of Hugo City Code pertaining to
Parking Restrictions for Snow Removal and for Trailers, and Chapter 78, Section 78-2, of the
City of Hugo City Code pertaining to Parking Restrictions for Snow Removal and for Trailers is
hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication according to law.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 50' day of June, 2017.
