APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT FOR A MINISTORAGE FACILITY TO
ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF SITE IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN A ROADWAY
AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF 152ND
STREET NORTH AND EAST OF TH 61
WHEREAS, Minnesota Built Third Edition, LLC requested approval of an encroachment
agreement to allow construction of site improvements within a roadway and utility
easement on the property located north of 152"d Street North and east of TH 61, legally
described as follows;
See Attached.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has fully considered the request for the
encroachment agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement to Minnesota Built Third Edition, LLC to allow construction of
site improvements within a roadway and utility easement on the property located north of
152nd Street North and east of TH 61, legally described as follows;
