APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR JAMES AND AMY
WEBB TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A DECK WITHIN A DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5370 157T111
STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by James and Amy Webb that requests
approval of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of a deck within a drainage
and utility easement on the property located at 5370 157th Street North, legally described
as follows;
Lot 3, Block 4, Creekview Preserve, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement for James and Amy Webb on the property located at 5370 1571
Street North.
