Chairman Potts called the meeting to order at 6:00P11"ll.
PRESENT: Sonnenfeld , Ellman , Potts
Motion made by Sonnenfeld , seconded by Potts to approve the minutes of
November 17, 11.987.
All aye, motion passed
Variance Request (Bob Berger/Charles Shubat )
Mr. Bob Berger/Charles Shubat have made application for a variance to
construct a residence behind an existing pole building ( further from the
road than the building ) . Mr. Berger stated that required setbacks, size
of the home, and nearby wetlands makes it impossible to place the home
closer to the road that the building . The property in question is located
in the north 1/2 of the south 1/2 of the south 1/2 of the northwest 1/4 of
Section 22, T31N, R21W (aka 14578 Homestead Ave. ) .
Zoning board members concurred that the site identified on the site plan
for the home would be the best place for the home taking into
consideration the location of 2 ponds on the property and the contour of
the land .
Motion made by Sonnenfeld , seconded by Ellman to recommend approval of the
variance for Mr. Robert Berger/Charles Shubat to construct a residence
further from the road than an existing pole building at 14578 Homestead
Ave.
All aye, motion passed .
Motion made by Sonnenfeld , seconded by Potts to adjourn at 6:05PM.
