The regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Adjustments was called to order
at 6:45P11 by Chairman Potts.
PRESENT: Elm nenfeld , Ellman , Potts, Carole LaBelle
Mr. Terry Granger and G & H Builders have applied to the City of Hugo for
a variance to construct an attached garage at 5598 141st St. , Hugo, zoned
SFU ( 10,400 sq . ft. lots) exceeding the allowed limit by 72 sq . ft. ( total
sq . footage requested 792) . The proposed use of the garage is for
personal use only.
In anticipation of the zoning ordinance being changed to allow for 1 ,000
sq . ft . garages all members had no objection to the proposed garage as
requested .
Motion made by Ellman , seconded by Sonnenfeld to recommend approval of the
variance request for G & H Builders/Terry Granger to exceed the allowed
garage size by 72 sq . ft .
All aye, motion passed .
Motion made by Sonnenfeld , seconded by Potts to adjourn at 6: 50 PM.
