The meeting was called to order by Chairman Barnes at 6:30PM.
PRESENT: Ellman , Mezzano, Barnes
Motion made by Mezzano, seconded by Ellman to approve the minutes of
September 23, 1992.
All aye, motion passed.
VARIANCE REQIJEST -- G. GUTHRIE
Mr. Gerald Guthrie has applied to the City for a variance to construct a
24' X 48' accessory structure on his property at 8991 130th St. , Hugo.
The proposed building would be located on 40 acres of the property which
is zoned RR2. The remaining parcel is zoned agricultural . Total
accessory storage on the property would be 1984 sq . ft. , exceeding the
allowable limit of 1800 sq . ft. Mr. Guthrie also has an attached garage
( the size was not indicated on the site plan ) .
The Board members concurred that because of the size of Mr. Guthrie' s
property it would be acceptable to allow the 24' X 48' accessory building .
Motion made by Barnes, seconded by Ellman to recommend approval of the
Variance request of Gerald 8t-ft-hr-ie, 8991 130th St. to construct a 24' X
48' accessory building , exceeding the allowable limits by 194 sq . ft.
Motion made Barnes, seconded by Ellman to adjourn at 6:45PM.
All aye, motion passed .
