The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Ken Rubenzer.
PRESENT: Ellman , Rubenzer, Carole LaBelle, Bob Museus
ABSENT: Barnes
Motion made by Ellman , seconded by Museus as amended .
All aye, motion passed .
VARIANCE REQUEST --- !AMES ALFORD
James and Barbara Alford have applied for a variance to construct an
accessory structure closer to the road than their home located at 8019
130th St. , Hugo. The front of the residence faces Sunset Lake and to
place the building closer to the lake would not be as aesthetically
pleasing and would require removal of several large trees.
Motion made by Ellman , seconded by Rubenzer to recommend approval of the
variance request for James Alford , 8019 130th St. to construct an
accessory structure 40 feet from 130th St.
All aye, motion passed .
Motion made by Ellman , seconded by Rubenzer to adjourn at 6:45PM.
