Motion made by Brunotte, seconded by Goiffon to approve the Minutes of May
24, 1995 as amended .
All aye, motion passed .
Phil & Mary Watkins, 13345 Homestead Ave. , have requested a variance to
construct an attached garage 1 ,350 sq . ft . in size where 1000 sq . ft . is
allowed . Their residence is under construction currently . The property
is 5 acres in size and zoned RR2 . The proposed garage is approximately
500 from Homestead Avenue .
Motion made by Brunotte, seconded by Goiffon to recommend approval of the
request of Phil & Mary Watkins to construct an attached garage 1350 sq .
ft. in size at 13345 Homestead Avenue.
All aye, motion passed .
Motion made by Brunotte, seconded by Goiffon to adjourn at 6: 50PM.
