Motion made by Brunotte, seconded by Goiffon to approve the minutes of
July 23, 1995 as amended .
All aye, motion carried .
Roxanne Ketcham, 7050 177th St . , has applied to the City for a variance to
construct an addition to her home 8' from the on site septic system rather
than the required 10' . The property is ten acres in size and zoned
agriculture.
Motion made by Brunotte, seconded by Rubenzer, to recommend approval of
the variance request of Roxanne Ketcham, 7050 177th St . to construct a 10'
X 14' addition to her residence 8 ft. from the on site septic system.
All aye, motion carried .
Motion made by Brunotte, seconded by Rubenzer to adjourn at 6:49PM.
