PRESENT : Rubenzer , Brunotte, Goiffon
Motion made by Brunotte , seconded by Rubenzer to approve the minutes of
August 23, 1995 as amended .
All aye, motion carried .
Montanari Homes, Inc . has requested a variance to install an extra wide,
concrete driveway and construct a two story garage. Both levels of the
garage will have overhead , garage doors.
Commissioners concurred that the extra wide driveway and two story garage
does not conflict with restrictive covenants .
Motion made by Rubenzer , seconded by Brunotte to recommend approval of the
variance request of Montanari Homes to construct a 32' wide driveway and
two story garage at 8725 136th St .
All aye, motion carried .
Montanari Homes, Inc . has requested a variance to construct a 34' X 26'
accessory structure closer to the road that the residence. The proposed
building would be constructed of materials matching the home. The
proposed structure is 884 sq . ft . and does not exceed accessory storage
allowed in the RR2 zone.
Motion made by Rubenzer , seconded by Brunotte to recommend approval of
request of Montanari Homes, Inc. for at variance to construct a 34 ' X 26'
accessory structure closer to the road than the residence at 8745 136th
St .
All aye, motion carried .
Motion made by Rubenzer , seconded by Brunotte to adjourn at 6: 58PM.
