PRESENT: Brunotte, Rubenzer, Goiffon , Administrator Museus, Carole

Motion made by Brunotte, seconded by Rubenzer to approve the minutes of
October 25, 1.995 as amended .
Darlene Norris has requested to construct a new residence with a variance
of 2' to the required lowest floor elevation of 4' above the ordinary high
water mark . She would like to have at least a 2' variance so she could
construct a split entry with a four course basement.
Board member Brunotte opposed the variance stating that it was too close
to the water table and to allow construction would be creating problems
which could be avoided .
It was suggested that Ms. Norris choose a floor plan without a basement.
Motion made by Brunotte, seconded by Rubenzer to recommend denial of the
variance request of Darlene Norris to construct a residence 2' above the
water level .
AYE: Brunotte, Kellison , Goiffon
Motion made by Brunotte, seconded by Rubenzer to adjourn at 6: 55PM.
All aye, motion passed .
