Motion made by Brunot-IL e, seconded by Goiffon to approve the minutes of May
22, 1996.
All aye, motion passed .
Peter Brownlee, BT Builders, is requesting a variance after-the-fact for a
driveway width. The asphalt driveway was installed parallel with the 3
car garage, making it 27 feet wide, which exceeds the 22 foot maximum
allowable width in an SFU district by 5 ft. The original structure was a
model unit and the certificate of occupancy was issued I.F. January , when
the driveway width was difficult to ascertain .
Motion made by Brunotte, seconded by Rubenzer, to recommend approval of
the variance request of BT Builders to retae 2

of occupancy .
