PRESENT: BRUNOTTE, GOIFFON
ABSENT: RUBENZER
The minutes of the June 26, 1996 meeting were not available for review.
Mr. Flom is requesting to construct a pool in their rear yard which is
proposed to be placed 18 feet from the rear lot line. The required
setback for structure in the zone is 30 feet. The request is thus a 12
foot variance. Ed Elliott read into the record Ray and Carol Schneider' ,---,
objection to the variance for the swimming pool . Their objections were
based on noise generated from pool use. Discussion with the Floms about
the location , enclosure and deck plan followed .
Motion made by Brunotte, seconded by Goiffon to recommend approval of the
variance to construct their pool 18 feet from the rear property line
provided the rear yard was fenced with a secure gate.
All aye, motion passed .
Brunotte made motion . Goiffon seconded , to adjourn at 6:54PM.
