MARCH 25, 1998
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Goiffon 6.43 P.M.
PRESENT: Goiffon,Rubenzer
ABSENT: Brunotte
Goiffon made motion,Rubenzer seconded,to approve the Board of Zoning Adjustments minutes for
February 25, 1998, as submitted.
All AYE. Motion carried.
Variance Request-Stockness
Tim and Laura Stockness, 9757 - 122nd Street, have requested a variance to construct a two level garage
totaling 2400 square feet where 1000 square feet is allowed by ordinance.
There was no one there to represent Stockness. This item was previously tabled at the February 25, 1998,
meeting of the Board of Zoning Adjustments for the same reason. It has been determined,by the Building
Inspector,the garage has already been built.
Motion was made, seconded by Rubenzer, recommending the City charge Stockness double the variance
request fee for failure to appear before the Board of Zoning Adjustments,resulting in an additional
$125.00 owed by Tim and Laura Stockness.
All AYE. Motion carried.
Goiffon made motion,Rubenzer seconded,to adjourn at 6:45 P.M.
