The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Goiffon 6:30P.M.
PRESENT: Goiffon, Rubenzer
ABSENT: Brunotte
Goiffon made motion, Rubenzer seconded,to approve the Board of Zoning Adjustments minutes
for March 25, 1998, as submitted.
All AYE. Motion carried.
Variance Request-Phoenix Capital, Inc. and Erickson Transport Systems, Inc.
Phoenix Capital, Inc. and Erickson transport Systems, Inc., 15717 North Forest Boulevard,
requested a variance on City Code Section 219-6, Subdivision A,which requires driveways to
utilize asphalt, concrete or other surface water sealed as approved by the Engineer or Building
Inspector.
The owner of Erickson Transport explained the need to construct an addition on the southeast
corner of the shop to provide better cover and utilization of dock space.
Gioffon make motion, Rubenzer seconded,to approve variance request.
All Aye. Motion carried.
Goiffon make motion, Rubenzer seconded,to adjourn at 6:50PM
