The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Goiffon ad 6:32PMe
Present: Goiffon, Rubenzer, Brunotte
City Administrator, Bob Museus
Board of Zoining Adjustments Secretary, Michele Lindau
Rubenzer make motion, Goiffon seconded,to approve the Board of Zoning Adjustments minutes
for April 22, 1998, as submitted.
AYE: Goiffon, Rubenzer
ABSTAINED: Brunotte
.Motion Carried.
Variance Request-Arvin &Julie Miner
Arvin&Julie Miner, 6475 132nd St. N., requested a variance for a 24' X 24' garage expansion to
the existing 26' X 24' attached garage for personal storage. Total square footage requested for
attached garage would be 1200 square feet where 1000 square feet is allowed by ordinance.
Mr. Miner stated he would be taking out a few bushes, eventually change the shape of his existing
driveway, and the materials used on the exterior would match his house.
Planning Commission members, who had been out to the property, stated they could barely see the
present building due to the growth of trees and bushes.
Brunotte made motion, Rubenzer seconded,to recommend approval of the variance as requested.
All AYES, Motion passed.
Rubenzer made motion, Burnotte seconded, to adjourn at 6:45PM.
