JANUARY 27, 1999
The meeting was called to order by Rubenzer at 6:30 PM.
PRESENT: Rubenzer, Brunotte,Goiffon
Deputy Clerk, Michele Lindau
Rubenzer made motion, Brunotte seconded,to approve the Board of Zoning Adjustments minutes
of September 23, 1998, as submitted.
All AYES. Motion carried.
Variance ReQuest- Miron
Judy and John Miron, 15012 Homestead Avenue N., requested a variance for a detached 17' X 17'
garage located in front of the existing house. The property is generally located on Homestead
Avenue between 147th St. and 157th St.
John Miron showed pictures to the Planning Commission of his property and identified the spot
where he intended to put the garage. It was noted that pine trees would block the view of the
garage from the road.
Miron explained the garage was constructed of white metal and the trim would be painted black to
match the house trim.
Goiffon made motion, Brunotte seconded,to recommend approval of the variance for the detached
garage.
All Ayes.
Motion carried.
Goiffon made motion, Brunotte seconded,to adjourn at 6:47 PM.
