APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR NATHAN MATCHEY
TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE WITHIN A
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
13546 FIONA CIRCLE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Nathan Matchey that requests approval of
an encroachment agreement to allow construction of an accessory structure to be located
within a drainage and utility easement on the property located at 13546 Fiona Circle
North, legally described as follows;
Lot 13, Block 2, Country Ponds, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement, with the following conditions:
1. The existing accessory structure shall be torn down and removed from the
property.
2. A building permit must be submitted, reviewed, and approved by the Building
Department, prior to installation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement for Nathan Matchey on the property located at 13546 Fiona
Circle North.
