APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR VINCE AND JULIE
LUTZ AND CHARLES & LISA LEMAY FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT
15118 IRIHS AVE N. AND 15198 IRISH AVE N.
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Vince and Julie Lutz that requests approval
of a property line adjustment for properties located at 15118 Irish Ave N. and 15198 Irish
Ave N.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Vince and Julie Lutz & Charles and Lisa Lemay.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 21 st day of August, 2 17.
