APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR CHRISTOPHER
CLAUSEN TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE
WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 15995 FINLEY AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Christopher Clausen that requests approval
of an encroachment agreement to allow construction of an accessory structure to be
located within a drainage and utility easement on the property located at 15995 Finley
Avenue North, legally described as follows;
Lot 20, Block 1, Creekview Preserve 2nd Addition, Washington County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement, with the following conditions:
1. A building permit must be submitted, reviewed, and approved by the Building
Department, prior to installation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement for Christopher Clausen on the property located at 15995 Finley
Avenue North.
