PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON 132"d WAY NORTH
WHEREAS, THIS RESOLUTION, was passed this 5`i' day of September, 2017, by the City of
Hugo in Washington County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, City of Hugo roadway 132nd Way N. is a looped roadway from 132"d St. N to 132nd
St. N.
WHEREAS, 132nd Way N. is twenty-six feet wide from the face of curb to face of the curb.
WHEREAS, the neighborhood homeowner association has requested parking restrictions along the
outside lane of 132 n Way N.
WHEREAS, Public Works and Engineering Staff supports the homeowner association's request
and agrees the roadway, with curves and narrow width, is not adequate to allow parking on both
sides.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City of Hugo shall ban the parking of
motor vehicles on the outside lane of 132nd Way N., between 132nd St. N. and 132nd St. N.
