HOPKINS SCHOOL OPEN HOUSE
SEPTEMBER 18, 2017

PRESENT: Klein, Miron, Petryk
ABSENT: Haas, Weidt
ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk Michele Lindau, History Intern Oliva Schiffman
The Hugo Historical Commission held an open house to present the community a look into the
old Hopkins school house located at 5970 170th Street North from 4-7 p.m. The Historical
Commission, with the assistance of History Intern Olivia Schiffman, provided attendees with
information on the history of the school house and requested public input regarding the future of
it. Approximately 30 people attended.
