RESOLUTION NO. 2017-36 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION OF THE <br />EVERTON AVENUE NEIGHBORHOOD STUDY AREA <br />ALTERNATIVE URBAN AREAWIDE REVIEW (AUAR) UPDATE <br />WHEREAS, an AUAR Update has been completed for the project pursuant to Minnesota Rules 4410 <br />which identifies and assesses the environmental impacts and mitigation measures associated with the <br />Everton Avenue Neighborhood study area; <br />WHEREAS, the AUAR was updated pursuant to Minnesota Rule 4410.3610; <br />WHEREAS, the AUAR Update was distributed for the required 10 -day comment period; <br />WHEREAS, comments received on the AUAR Update have generated information adequate to <br />determine mitigation measures associated with the potential development in this area; <br />WHEREAS, the comments received and the City's responses to these comments are included in the <br />public record for the AUAR; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Hugo, MN that the City of Hugo <br />adopts the Everton Avenue Neighborhood Study Area AUAR Update dated September, 2017. <br />Moved by Councilmember Weidt, seconded by Councilmember Klein, <br />The following voted in favor of said resolution: Hass, Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt <br />The following voted against said resolution: None <br />The following abstained: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, and was <br />attested by the Clerk dated this 2' day of October, 2017. <br />ATTEST: <br />C ty Clerk <br />i nl by the Mayor, and <br />
