A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION OF THE
EVERTON AVENUE NEIGHBORHOOD STUDY AREA
ALTERNATIVE URBAN AREAWIDE REVIEW (AUAR) UPDATE
WHEREAS, an AUAR Update has been completed for the project pursuant to Minnesota Rules 4410
which identifies and assesses the environmental impacts and mitigation measures associated with the
Everton Avenue Neighborhood study area;
WHEREAS, the AUAR was updated pursuant to Minnesota Rule 4410.3610;
WHEREAS, the AUAR Update was distributed for the required 10 -day comment period;
WHEREAS, comments received on the AUAR Update have generated information adequate to
determine mitigation measures associated with the potential development in this area;
WHEREAS, the comments received and the City's responses to these comments are included in the
public record for the AUAR;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Hugo, MN that the City of Hugo
adopts the Everton Avenue Neighborhood Study Area AUAR Update dated September, 2017.

The following abstained:
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted, and was
attested by the Clerk dated this 2' day of October, 2017.
