MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL <br /> ONEKA LAKE BLVD/HARROW AVENUE NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING <br /> OCTOBER 19,2017 <br /> PRESENT: Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt <br /> ABSENT: Haas <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Senior Engineering Technician Steve Duff, City Engineer Mark Erichson, <br /> Public Works Director Scott Anderson, Lydia Larson WSB <br /> A meeting was held at 7 p.m. at the Rice Lake Center with residents living on Oneka Lake <br /> Boulevard and Harrow Avenue to discuss a potential street improvement project in 2018. <br /> Residents in attendance seemed to favor the roadway reconstruction but were not in favor of <br /> widening the roadway for a trail or having a trail installed off the roadway area. <br /> There was conversation regarding the trail system shown in the comprehensive plan that the <br /> residents were not in favor of. <br /> About half the residents within the proposed project area were in attendance. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> Steve Duff <br /> Senior Engineering Technician <br />
