ONEKA LAKE BLVD/HARROW AVENUE NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
OCTOBER 19,2017
PRESENT: Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt
ABSENT: Haas
ALSO PRESENT: Senior Engineering Technician Steve Duff, City Engineer Mark Erichson,
Public Works Director Scott Anderson, Lydia Larson WSB
A meeting was held at 7 p.m. at the Rice Lake Center with residents living on Oneka Lake
Boulevard and Harrow Avenue to discuss a potential street improvement project in 2018.
Residents in attendance seemed to favor the roadway reconstruction but were not in favor of
widening the roadway for a trail or having a trail installed off the roadway area.
There was conversation regarding the trail system shown in the comprehensive plan that the
residents were not in favor of.
About half the residents within the proposed project area were in attendance.
