PRESENT: Klein, Petryk, Miron, Weidt
ABSENT: Haas
ALSO PRESENT: Landform Planner Kendra Lindahl, Landform Planner Mary Matze, City
Administrator Bryan Bear, City Engineer Mark Erichson, Planner Rachel Juba, Community
Development Assistant Rachel Leitz, and Parks Planner Shayla Denaway.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Mayor Weidt.
The open house was held for the purpose of providing information on the draft 2040
Comprehensive Plan and soliciting comments from residents and property owners. The draft
plan, maps, and key updates were showcased at the meeting. A worksheet was provided to gather
comments from the participants on the draft plan and maps. Staff was available during the open
house to answer questions. There were approximately 60 people that attended.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 9:00 pm.
