A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND ORDERING
THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PROPOSED
ONEKA LAKE BOULEVARD AND HARROW AVENUE
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, by a motion passed by the council on November 6, 2017, the city engineer was directed to
prepare a Feasibility Report related to the improvement of the Oneka Lake Boulevard and Harrow Avenue
Street Improvement Project.
WHEREAS, such feasibility report was received by the City Council at the February 5, 2018, regular City
Council meeting, and
WHEREAS, a motion of the City Council adopted on February 5, 2018, fixed a date for a Public Hearing on
the proposed improvements to be held on March 5, 2018, and
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the
hearing was held thereon on the 5t` day of March, 2018, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvements are necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as outlined in the feasibility report adopted November 6, 2017.
3. WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The engineer
shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Whereupon said resolution was moved for adoption by Council member Klein and duly seconded by Council
member Miron.
Council members voting AYE: Klein, Petryk, Miron, Haas, Weidt
Council members voting NAY: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 5t"o arch, 2018.
