ALSO PRESENT: City Engineer Mark Erichson, Director of Public Works, Scott Anderson,
and Engineer in Training, Spencer Tolliver
An open house was held from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Rice Lake Centre to present plans and get
feedback from the public on the plans for improvements to portions of Oneka Lake Boulevard
and Harrow Avenue. Approximately 10 individuals attended the open house where staff and
council answered their questions. Most questions related to assessments, schedule, and what
impacts the project would have on their property.
