Mayor Weidt called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Haas, Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt
ABSENT: None
ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, City Assessor Dan Raboin, Planner Rachel
Juba, Community Development Assistant Rachel Leitz, and City Clerk Michele Lindau
Property Owner Appeals
The Board of Appeals and Equalization met to hear from property owners for the purpose of
reviewing and correcting the assessment of real estate for the year 2019.
Eight property owners appeared before the board to discuss the valuation and/or classification of
their parcels. The board discussed the appeals from these eight property owners and six
maintenance changes as prepared by the city assessor prior to this meeting.
Haas made motion, Klein seconded, to make all changes as discussed.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
