AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO
AMENDING CHAPTER 90 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED NORTH OF ONEKA PARKWAY AND
NORTH OF 159TH STREET
THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the _CitN Code. Chapter 90 of the City Code of the
City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of
Hugo Zoning Map to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with respect to the 117 -acre
property legally described as follows:

Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 21 ST day of May, 2018

THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the Cit/ Code, Chapter 90 of the City Code of
the City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification
on the City of Hugo Zoning Map to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with
respect to the 117 -acre properly legally described as part of the south have of
Section 7, Township 31 N, Range 21 W. Full legal available at City Hall.
Section 2. Effective Date This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
