ABSENT: Haas, Weidt
The Hugo City Council attended the grand opening of the St. Andrew's Family Shelter located
directly north of St. John's the Baptist Church. This is the vacant church rectory home now
remodeled to provide temporary shelter for families with children experiencing homelessness.
The shelter can accommodate five families and is staffed by volunteers.
