Water’s Edge – Use Agreement
Working with HOA on
Use Agreement
Flat fee to use stormwater (charged annually)
Covers operations, maintenance, and replacement
Fee increased 3% annually to address inflation
Expectation
is HOA will use system for at least 25 years
Will pay City water rate if they need to switch back to potable water

Design
Directionally drilling HDPE – minimal road disturbances and closures
Meets plumbing code for reuse – use of RPZs to protect potable water
Upsized main to connect area north of development
in the future

Recommendation
Approve plans and specifications, authorize advertisement for bids
Project to be completed by September 2017
