ABSENT: None
Xcel Energy invited Council to attend the grand opening celebration of their new Training Town.
Training Town consists of 18 mini structures on ten acres on their property located at 13620
Fenway Boulevard North. There was a formal ribbon cutting, photos, and a mock drill exercise
involving the Washington County Sheriff’s Department and the Hugo Fire Department.
